well, here it is!

Here it is! The blog! I am a bit apprehensive to start this, and perhaps I should address all my post to my mom, because she may undoubtedly be the only person to ever read this thing.. But on the rare occasion that someone else stops by, I feel I should preface with a bit of a warning:

One hundred percent of the time I do not know what I am doing on computers. For growing up in the era of technological consumption you'd think I'd be better. But, I'm not. And I know this thing is not exactly pretty to look at right now, but it's pretty dang hard to make it cool when you don't know what you're doing..so I'll work on it. I also am by no means a photographer. Dalton and I actually laugh at how bad we are at taking pictures. 

I don't feel like I live a life that entitles all the glitz and glam of blogging, but Dalton and I are in the biggest adventure of our lives so far, and that's pretty exciting to me. My goal of this blog thingy is not to brag about all the fun things we do, or show off my clothes or how cute my husband is (hehe), but merely to keep another line of communication with friends and family. To keep them informed on what we're up to and for us to feel connected to them as well. 

So there it is. Please take it easy on me, guys ;)
